CARLO STRADI, CUSTOM PRESIDENT AND CEO, SPEAKS ABOUT HIS COMPANY
Transferring all the aspects that are part of Custom's world is not easy, but Carlo Stradi, Custom S.p.A. President and CEO, interviewed by Irene Elisei at "Caffè Affari," is able to do so by focusing on five important strengths.
1. CUSTOM EVERY DAY
"Every day in our activities we use to meet Custom: are you going to the bar for coffee? The receipt is issued by a Custom cash register. Are you parking the car? The parking meter will issue a ticket printed by a Custom printer. Are you going to take a train or a plane? The ticket usually is printed by Custom, both in Italy and abroad."
2. INNOVATION AS A CORPORATE PRINCIPLE
"Siamo una realtà che da sempre, come accordo tra i soci fondatori, reinveste tutti gli utili prodotti in azienda in innovazione. Per questo siamo riusciti a diversificare le nostre attività in settori diversi e mercati diversi. (?) Manteniamo tutta la progettazione a Parma, in Italia, con un know-how rigorosamente italiano."

3. CUSTOMPHONE: COMPLETE SOLUTIONS FOR EVERYONE
The new Custom Phone division manufactures products for the general consumer audience. This is not a simple entry in the phone market, Custom Phone is a wider project."
A company that provides Apps is part of our group, so what we are interested in is being able to give complete services, including both smartphones and applications."
Custom was born to try to give solutions to the needs, customizing the products suitable to meet them: "This is the principle that guides the company and that rules the new Custom Phone consumer division, which actually means delivering services combined with mobile devices. "
4. LOVE FOR CHALLENGES: THE RELATIONSHIP WITH MOTOGP
A young and scrappy company as Custom, "where many employees are also motorbikers", has an approach that is very close to a motorcycle technology, to the dynamics of a race, to a challenge.
In 2016 Custom is one of the sponsors of the LCR Honda Team racing in MotoGP?: "We chose Lucio Cecchinello's team because we share the spirit, the willing to win, to fight, even towards the giants - a bit 'as David against Goliath(...)".
5. MADE IN ITALY PROJECTS ALL AROUND THE WORLD
Custom has always been a company focused on an international size. The winning strategy was to look far beyond the Italian borders, and travel a lot to understand what actually happens abroad.
