CORONAVIRUS - Official Update

Custom is monitoring the evolution of the health crisis with the greatest attention. For this reason, as of the first days of February, we have activated a wide ranging continuity process. We have implemented and are providing strong protection measures within the company, to protect all of the Group's employees.

For this purpose, we are doing our best to observe Public Ordinances and prevention protocols, and have adopted a number of measures to protect our most important resource: People. Even in this difficult moment that involves Italy and the entire world, it is of major importance for us to open a dialogue with all of our partners: Customers, Suppliers and Collaborators.

The entire Custom Group is 100% operative: R&D, production facilities, planning Dept., Service Center, purchase Dept., warehouses, in full compliance with the Government provisions.

In detail: our production facilities are operational, and no issue related to supplies has been reported so far, also as regards logistics; shipment of finished products and spare parts is operational.

Remote customer service is assured by the Technical Staff of the Group companies, while on site customer service is restricted by the norms applicable pursuant to recent legislation that allows trips for working reasons supported by "certified needs" (Presidential Decree dated 8 March 2020).

Our SERVICE CENTRE is 100% operational and first and second level telephone support is always available, in Italy and abroad, with over 50 telephone lines available.
 

Relying on the mutual support that has always characterised the relationships between our companies, we are confident that this anomalous emergency situation affecting all of us will be soon overcome.
