Sigep 2016

Since 1980 Rimini has been hosting Sigep. Everything comes from the initiative of the associations of craftsmen who demanded a show that could support their activities. The first edition included 180 of the biggest companies belonging to the domestic confectionery industry (ice cream and pastry) which exhibited in a 9,500 square meters area, today there are more than 110,000 square meters of exhibition divided into 16 pavilions, facing nearly 190,000 international visitors (75 % from Italy, 25% from all over the world).

An indisputable success, exponentially grown over the years thanks to the opportunities it generated itself. Infact Sigep is a real container of opportunities, an international window for Masters all around the world, for professionals and young people who want to become the number one in the field of made in Italy food.

This year the 37th edition of SIGEP will include RHEX, Rimini Horeca Expo, which will host products and technologies for OOH catering. The union of these two shows is perfect to enhance the concept of made in Italy Food & Food Service, by offering a complete trends and developments overview of the market and the point of sale. A concrete value for Custom Spa, who wanted to believe in it by deciding to participate as an exhibitor.
