Custom inaugurates its new headquarters: 9,000 sq m dedicated to engineering

Every day, millions of people around the world go about simple, quick, almost automatic tasks. They receive a receipt after making a purchase, pay for a coffee at a bar, shop at a supermarket or mall, or order lunch from a self-service kiosk. They enter a car park, pass through a motorway toll booth, buy a ticket for a train, a flight or a concert, pay a bill or apply for a passport. Simple actions. Everyday for us. Almost invisible. Yet they are made possible by compact, quietly essential technologies: from systems installed at more than 600,000 retail points of sale to solutions in over 550 airports worldwide; from international projects to iconic landmarks such as Milan Cathedral and the Colosseum.
Now this ecosystem is growing further. Against this backdrop, Custom has opened its new headquarters in Fontevivo, Parma: a strategic investment of more than €25 million that strengthens the company’s role as a technology hub and global industrial player, consolidating the Group’s international presence across the Retail, Payments, Transportation, Industry, Gaming and Logistics markets.
