Custom’s new Parma headquarters embodies a corporate philosophy that puts people first. Custom has inaugurated its new premises and introduced the local community to its participation in two initiatives promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Region: GINS Food – Taste and Health and Health-Promoting Workplaces. The initiatives include a completely free company canteen, welcoming communal spaces, benefits focused on employee wellbeing, and awareness-raising activities that promote health.
