The mode of operation of the APP is very simple: after the request of the point of sale for the activation, Custom creates an account including promo material and a customized poster with a QR code identifying the specific business. The account can be matched with all the cash registers installed in the location, in order to manage the cards of the users, the loyalty program and its prize catalog. Custom cash registers supported by Fidelity are BIGII, BIG II Touch, BIG3, BIG 3 Touch and MAX.com. The end customer will only have to take a picture of the QR code of the business, and fill in the registration form accepting terms and conditions. After this, he will automatically receive an e-mail with the confirmation and the link that will allow him to install the App (for iOS and Android). Opening the App, he will be able to log-in simply with its fiscal code. From this moment on, he won't need his physical card anymore, but with his own smartphone he will have the card always with him. In a single App, he will be able to manage more than one loyalty card and check his updated points balance and the prize catalog.
