The service operates from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 19:00.
The number is dedicated to customers calling from Italy [cost 10 cents/min. from a landline; for calls from a mobile phone, the rates in force for your mobile operator will apply]

 

The previous support number - 0521 1686868 - will remain active for the first month, and calls will be automatically transferred to the new contact centre.
