Logistica Management - Carlo Stradi acquires 100% of Custom S.p.A.

The Parma-based Italian multinational opens the new financial year with two important developments: Carlo Stradi, entrepreneur, Chairman and founder of the Group, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Custom S.p.A. and announces the new high-tech, eco-sustainable Headquarters covering more than 9,000 square metres, due to open in the coming months.
