Amtek merges into Custom

On 16 September 2024, the merger by incorporation of Amtek S.r.l., already 100% owned by the Custom Group, into Custom S.p.A. was resolved.
The merger will take legal effect from 1 October 2024.

From that date, Custom S.p.A. will take over all of Amtek's rights and obligations, ensuring continuity of management.
Customers and suppliers are asked to update their invoicing systems.
