Food Service - Receipt Lottery: an opportunity only half seized

In the first week of the government initiative, many retailers are still left out. Large-scale retail is doing well, while traditional retail is lagging behind. There is time until April to upgrade cash registers.

 

Custom, a leading manufacturer of integrated solutions for retail, explained to Food Service that 125,000 of its registers have currently been updated across Italy, out of a total of 360,000 distributed among various businesses.
