CUSTOM AND NETRISING PRESENT THE EASY BOATING APP

Descended from a family active in the sector since 1923, Pietro Vassena, founder of Lepanto Marine, has a history full of achievements in the world of motor boating. A passion for sailing that still characterises this serious and important Italian company today.

 

To meet specific requests from Lepanto Marine, Netrising has developed EASY BOATING, an intuitive system designed to make it easier for customers to navigate independently, to offer a 24/7 service and to provide a range of value-added information based on precise geolocation.

 

The project consists of a tablet APP, installed exclusively on the devices on board hire boats and craft (not on customers' personal devices), and a centralised remote management panel, accessible exclusively by the Lepanto Marine team. The multilingual application (available in English, German, Dutch, French and Italian), installed on the tablets fitted to the hire boats, tracks the boat's position on an interactive map, showing navigation data such as speed, compass and distance travelled. In addition, when the device approaches points of interest (or danger) configured from the panel, automatic information notices (or alarms) draw attention and provide real-time information.
