Corriere di Bologna - Custom: Stradi acquires the entire share capital

The Parma-based multinational Custom announces two new developments: chairman and founder Carlo Stradi has acquired 100% of the share capital and announces a new high-tech, eco-sustainable headquarters of 9,000 square metres, which will open in the coming months. The buyout was made possible thanks to the support of Bper Corporate&Investment banking and Bnl Bnp Paribas.
