Distribuzione Moderna - Carlo Stradi takes over 100% of Custom and invests in a high-tech headquarters

Carlo Stradi, entrepreneur, chairman and founder of the group, has acquired 100% of Custom's share capital and announces the opening in the coming months of the new high-tech, eco-sustainable headquarters covering more than 9,000 square metres.

 

The buyout, completed on 30 September at the office of notary Alberto De Torres in Parma, was made possible thanks to the support of Bper Corporate & Investment Banking, also acting as agent bank and sustainability coordinator, and Bnl Bnp Paribas (both acting as mandated lead arranger and bookrunner), which together supported Stradi in this decisive step.
