Borsa Italiana - Custom: chairman and founder Carlo Stradi becomes sole shareholder

The Parma-based group announces a new 9,000-square-metre site (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milan, 8 Oct - Custom's chairman and founder, Carlo Stradi, becomes sole director of the group through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital. At the same time, the Parma-based company, which specialises in integrated technology solutions for service automation in various sectors, including retail, hospitality and aviation, will have a new headquarters of over 9,000 square metres in Castelguelfo di Parma.
