BeBeez - Entrepreneur Carlo Stradi raises his stake in automation leader Custom Group to 100%

Custom spa, a global leader in the design and manufacture of integrated technology solutions for service automation in the Retail, Hospitality, Aviation, Railways, E-government and Industrial sectors, is now wholly owned by Carlo Stradi, an entrepreneur who until now held a 50% stake, following a buyout in which he acquired the remaining 50% from the other shareholder, Alberto Campanini.
