Responsible for independently managing the following acitivites: telephone communications/call center; internal/external repairs; FAQ pages on company website; relations with external technical assistance companies on Custom products; create a new onsite technical assistance network (abroad).
Requirements: at least 10 years experience in before-after sales customer care; strong attitude to team work and overall supervision, leadership, available to frequently travel abroad, excellent english.
